What are the age and weight limits?
Our zip line tour is great for thrill seekers of all ages. We do ask that children be at least 3 years of age. There is not a minimum weight limit however participants should be 275 pounds or less.
What should we wear/bring?

For Your Safety: 
Comfortable shoes with secure backs. No clogs, flip-flops, or other footwear that will slip off. 
Walking/hiking shoes are recommended. 
Longer shorts or pants, no skirts or belly shirts. 
No dangling earrings. 
Tie long hair back.

Dress for the weather. We zip rain, snow or shine. 
Bug repellant. 
Cap or hat under helmet for colder weather. (As long as helmet can be safely secured) 
Bring rain gear if it's forecasted. 
Ozark Mountain Ziplines provides: 
Petzl adjustable climbing helmets, seat harnesses, chest harnesses available, all industry standards for zip line courses. 
Dual connection point lanyards for safety backup. 
Petzl dual-wheel pulleys and carabineers.
Is it safe?
Ozark Mountain Ziplines inspects its zip line course, equipment, and bus daily. Universal Zipline Technology inspects every aspect of the courses quarterly. Cables are ½" aircraft grade steel that will hold 23,000 lbs., attached to trees that are guy-wired for strength and durability. Guests glide through the air using a pulley, climbing harness, and dual lanyards, conforming and exceeding industry standards for load capacity.

Do your zip line guides accept tips?
Yes, while it's not required, it is much appreciated.  Our guides are professional trained to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Should you feel inclined to leave a tip, the industry standard is 10%.
Can we use a camera or cell phone to take pictures on tour?
Yes, we do allow cameras on the zip line course. We do recommend cell phones. Cameras may not be used while zipping- only on platforms between zips.  We do rent/sale Lanyards that hang around the neck for convenience of cell phone pictures and video! Please inquire at office.
Is there anything else to do besides zip lining?
We do have a very nice walking/hiking trail for those who do not want to zip but would like to watch their group for a small fee. (availability is based upon space in the shuttle bus)
Is alcohol allowed?
Since zip lining is considered an extreme sport, Ozark Mountain Ziplines does not allow alcoholic beverages on property nor do we allow anyone who is exhibiting behavior indicating that they may have been drinking to go on a zip line tour for safety reasons. Anyone who shows signs that they may be intoxicated will be removed from the tour and asked to leave the property.
How long does it last?
Our tours last approximately 2 hours including a 5 minute shuttle.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your tour time, you will be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. A $10 handling fee per person will be deducted for refunds. If you cancel within 72 hours of your tour time there are no refunds or vouchers. Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group. Those not meeting the weight requirements will not be refunded or receive a voucher. Space is limited and guests are being turned away for your tour, as well expenses have already been incurred in preparation for your tour. 

We will not cancel due to rain or snow. Mountain weather is subject to change quickly.  We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder or high winds at our discretion.  If we cancel the tour you will be offered a rain check.  If we delay the tour, the cancellation policy will apply, please plan your day accordingly. Tours are not "pushed up" more than a 1/2 hour when there is a weather related delay. If there is weather related issue during your tour time, your tour is the tour that will be canceled. It is your responsibility to provide us with the best mobile number or email to reach you the day of your tour. We do our best but weather cancellations have happened so be advised.
How much does it cost?
$89 per person + tax.
Are there group rates?
Yes, we do offer group rates for 10 or more which will receive a 10% discount per person.
