We have identified the inherent risks with close attention to detail, careful consideration, and planning encompassing all of the components of our canopy tour. These include construction, continual training, operations, equipment, staff management, and program development.

The zip line canopy tour is inspected daily before tours begin and periodically if we feel there is cause for a more intense inspection (ex: high winds, lightning.) Universal
Zipline Technology inspects the entire course quarterly.
All zip line guides are required to complete a rigorous 40-70+ hour hands-on training
session and pass a written and practical test to begin guiding a zip line tour.
All zip line guides must participate in ongoing training.
All guides are First Aid and CPR certified.
All training is facilitated by Universal Zipline Technology professionals, who have years of experience in the industry.

Two zip line guides accompany and facilitate every group of 10 guests.
All guests are instructed on safety and riding technique before the tour in safety
