Family Owned
Our family-owned business, Ozark Mountain Ziplines, was originally built in 2013 by Universal Zipline Technology, the leader in the zip line industry. While Robert and Joanna Nickell have owned and operated the business, it has become a staple in Eureka Springs tourism and outdoor attractions, continuously earning 5-star ratings on Google and Trip Advisor. Joseph Nickell and Michaela Heintz joined the business in July 2022 after moving to Arkansas, and now manage the day-to-day activities.

In 2023, after 10 years of Eureka Springs ziplining, we relocated and upgraded both our course and office. With double the acreage as before, we get to enjoy even longer and higher cables! Not only that, but we now offer gem mining, e-mountain biking, and hiking for zipline observation. OMZ provides family-friendly adventures for people of all ages and has been voted both "Best Outdoor Adventure" and "Best Family Attraction" in Northwest Arkansas! Meet Your Guides
Our guides are professionally trained by Universal Zipline Technology. All guides are required to complete the hands-on training which is followed by a written and practical test before guiding a zip line tour. They are here to ensure that you are safe and have a wonderful experience on your Ozark Mountain Ziplines Canopy Tour.
