The Answers You Need

Participants can be 3 to 103 years old. There is not a minimum weight, however participants must be 275 pounds or less. You will be weighed. There are no refunds if you are over the weight limit, as this spot was taken on the tour.

What are the age and weight limits?

We zip rain or shine, so dress for the weather. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes– no flip flops! Pants or longer shorts are recommended. Guides will be able to carry any emergency medical aids or devices for our customers. 

Cell phones are allowed as a camera source while on the tour.  They MUST be secured. Phones are to be used on platforms and walks, NOT while zipping. We rent and sell lanyards for easy cell phone usage in the office.  

What should we wear/bring?

If you enjoyed your zip, it is always a good idea to tip your guides.  Our guides are trained to ensure that you have a safe, fantastic, and memorable experience with your friends and family.  

Should we tip our guides?

Tour lengths vary depending on the amount of participants in a scheduled time. On average, the Full Tour takes 2 hours avg. while the Express Tour takes around 40 minutes avg.

How long is a tour?

Yes! If you are looking for another thrilling adventure, check out our e-mountain bikes. Mountain biking is a great activity allowing you to see even more of the Ozark Mountains. Also while here, try your hand at mining at our mining station. Purchase a bag of panning rough at our office, and take home everything you find!  

Is there anything else to do besides zip lining?

Due to our strict scheduling and limited space, if you are late and your tour leaves without you, there will be NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULE. Arrive 30 minutes early to check-in. Out of respect for guests that arrive on time and the guides' schedules, we will not delay tours on most occasions. If the tour does hold for you, there is a 10% late fee! 

What happens if I run late for my tour?

We have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your tour time, you will be refunded 95% or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. If you cancel for any reason (not traveling to Eureka Springs, did not plan day accordingly, decide not to zipline upon arrival, etc.) within 72 hours of your tour time, there are no refunds or vouchers. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We zip rain or shine, so dress appropriately!! We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. If we are experiencing lightning or high winds in the area, we may cancel or delay the tour, at times with little notice.  Plan accordingly and stay alert to your phone on the day of your tour! If your tour is canceled you will receive a call from OMZ staff who will make their best effort to reschedule your tour, or offer a refund if you are unable to reschedule.  

What if the weather affects my tour?

We offer a local and military discount (must show ID). For groups of 10 or more, we offer a 10% discount per person.  

Are there discounts or group rates?

Absolutely! The first four cables can easily be viewed. If you would like to observe more, you can hike our designated path allowing you to view other cables and scenery.

I do not want to zipline, am I able to watch?
